Terms of Service

Welcome to GroopIQ ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the GroopIQ Chrome Extension, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

GroopIQ is a paid software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that assists legitimate administrators of Facebook Groups in managing and exporting member application data directly to their private Google Sheets.

• You must have legal administrative access to the Facebook Group you connect to GroopIQ.
• You must meet the minimum legal age for processing personal data in your jurisdiction (16+ in the EU, 18+ in some countries).
• You may not use the Service if you are located in a country under trade or economic sanctions (including Russia, China, and other restricted territories).

You may only use GroopIQ for:

• Managing your own Facebook Groups.
• Collecting and processing data that you are legally authorized to access.
• Exporting such data to your own Google Sheets account via secure OAuth connection.

You agree NOT to:

• Collect or process personal data without proper consent from the individuals concerned.
• Use the Service in violation of Facebook's Terms of Service.
• Sell, rent, or share collected data with any third party.
• Use the Service for political campaigning, hate speech, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or duplicate any part of GroopIQ's code, design, or functionality.

• GroopIQ does not store any personal information such as names, profile pictures, or question responses on its servers.
• All collected group join data is transferred directly from your browser to your connected Google Sheet without passing through GroopIQ servers.
• Our servers store only anonymous analytics (e.g., number of new members this week, aggregated trends in answers).
• We retain basic account information for billing, authentication, and support purposes.
• Our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein) explains how we handle your data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Israeli Privacy Law.

• All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
• A one-time trial is available for $1 for a limited time, after which your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time on the monthly plan.
• Prices include all applicable taxes (including VAT).
• We may change our pricing with prior notice to active subscribers.

• We do not guarantee 24/7 availability.
• Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or technical issues.
• We are not liable for any loss of access due to Facebook's changes, restrictions, or outages.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last month preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for damages arising from your violation of Facebook's terms, applicable laws, or these Terms.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including code, designs, and branding) remain with GroopIQ.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
• Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to court proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
