1. General Policy

GroopIQ offers a paid subscription service with a one-time trial period priced at $1 for a limited duration. After the trial period, the subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • We do not provide refunds for monthly subscription fees after the trial period has ended.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for partial months, unused time, or cancellations made mid-billing cycle.
  • Refunds for the initial $1 trial fee are also not provided once the trial period is over.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period; no further charges will be applied.

4. Exceptions

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as service outages or billing errors, GroopIQ may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits.
