Account details when you register (full name, email address, payment information via PayPal).
Your Google account authorization token (via OAuth) for connecting your Google Sheet.

1.2 Information from Facebook Group Management

When you use the Service to collect membership application data from Facebook, we only process the data that is already visible to you as a group admin, such as:

Full name of the applicant
Answers to membership questions
Any public profile information visible to you as an admin

We do not collect IP addresses or hidden Facebook user data.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Store

We do not store personal data from your group applicants on our servers.
The data is transferred directly from your browser to your connected Google Sheet.

1.4 Analytics Data (Anonymous)

We collect and store only aggregated, non-identifiable analytics for your dashboard, such as:

Number of new members per week
Common cities among members (aggregated)
Trends in answers to certain questions

2. How We Use the Information

We process your information for:

Providing and operating the Service
Authenticating your Google account connection
Processing payments via PayPal
Providing support and resolving technical issues
Improving the Service and developing new features
